init_platform: Add Netware macros.; LIBPTH, BASE_IMPORT, NLM_VERSION, MPKTOOL, TOOLPATH, BOOT_SYMBOL, NLM_SHORT_NAME, INCLUDE, PATH, MM_NW5_REVISION
platform_constants: Add Netware macros initialized above to the Makefile.
