What privileges are needed to install an MKS Toolkit ported application?

A user installing an MKS Toolkit ported application must be a member of the Local Administrators group. The NuTCRACKER runtime environment installer requires admin privileges because it is a shared resource and must write to the registry as well as install and start a service; the only way to do this is be a Local Administrator.
